- Business registration copy of the Company from its country of origin.
- Passport copy of the designated signatory.
- Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) granting SAG the authority to recruit workers on behalf of the Company, to be executed in the country of origin.
- Manpower Request from the Company to SAG, outlining details such as the position/title of workers, necessary skills, job description, compensation, and contract duration.
- Copy of the Company's Employment Contract, serving as the foundation for worker recruitment and specifying terms of employment, including compensation, accommodation provisions, transportation allowances, and other relevant details.
- All documents must undergo proper verification by the Embassy or Consulate in the host country.
Recruitment Process
- Sourcing - All applicants or resume submitted to our office will undergo pre-qualification procedure before we line them up for final interview. For higher categories, candidates will be screen by our Technical people while skilled applicants will be scrutinized based on their previous job contract in local and abroad. All applicants should submit all of their required documents to consider them for pre-qualification.
- Qualification Lineup - After carefully reviewing all necessary requirements of qualified applicants, they will be included in the final line-up for principals’ interview. We conduct employers’ interview in our Main Office and Branch Office. We can also arrange interview during Special Recruitment Activities (SRA) in different provinces.
- Interview Appointment - Interview procedure can be done based on the required sequence of the principal or their representatives who will conduct the interview process. All candidates who will pass the interview will be asking to wait for the Letter of Appointment (LOA) or any pre-employment documents for the same reason. These documents will contain the basic information of their employment contract including salary, scope of job, benefits and others. After signing the documents, candidates will proceed for mobilization.
- Orientation (Procedures and Requirements) - All qualified applicants will be subjected to be oriented in the company premises about all the procedures and requirements they need to accomplish.

- Medical - Candidates who signed the pre-employment documents will proceed for medical examination to determine their physical capabilities for the job. Those who will fail the examination will be considered cancel applicants. Candidates who will pass will proceed for proper documentations.
- Processing - The chosen candidate must undergo the processing of obtaining the requirements in order to proceed to the next step:
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, & Rubella) Vaccine
- Once fit to work schedule for BIOMETRIC (if Saudi)
- Visa Stamping
- PDOS – virtual orientation (Pre-departure Orientation Seminar) Mandatory Insurance
- OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) Processing
- Ticketing - After finishing all the documents needed by every candidates, they will be book for an airline ticket at any available schedule for deployment to their respective job sites.
- Final Briefing Workers will be gathering at the office for the last time for their final briefing. All matters regarding their contract, flight itineraries and what to expect coming in to their job sites will be discussed together with all the reminders pertaining to their duties and responsibilities.
- Deployment - Candidates will be monitor by our office from the time they left the country up to the time that the principal receives them safely at the job site. Candidates’ attendance and flight confirmation will be sent to the host country for the hassle free arrivals and airport pick-up of the workers.
- Jobsite Monitoring - Monitoring of all deployed workers will be implemented with the cooperation of the Principal from time to time to avoid any problems within the job site and to speed up any action needed for the welfare and protection of the deployed workers.
